The Glatt Kosher cuisine is prepared with the utmost care under the strict supervision of the

Casablanca Jewish Consistory and our Rabbi Heski Touaty. This commitment guarantees impeccable quality and full compliance with religious requirements.

 

We invite you to discover a unique semi-gastronomic experience Traditional French and Mediterranean

 

Cuisine Each meal will be a true celebration of flavors,

offering a variety of dishes to suit all tastes.

All menus will be pre-ordered when you book your stay,

with a choice of meat, poultry, or fish dishes.

 

At the restaurant, gastronomy, elegance, and culinary diversity come together to create memorable moments in an enchanting and welcoming setting.

 

The full-board package includes :

- Breakfast delivered to your lodge every morning

- Kiddush served on holidays and Shabbat

- Soft drinks, coffee, Moroccan tea, and a variety of cakes are served at the poolside bar, open daily from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM

- Lunch served at your table in the restaurant

- Dinner served at your table in the restaurant -

- Unlimited drinks served with meals: wines, sodas, still and sparkling water
